Running Events Schedule
This is the preliminary schedule of events. The final schedule will be emailed to all entrants one week prior to the event. We do not envisage any changes.
Saturday 15th June 2019
8am Half Marathon (21.1km)
1pm Presentation (Half Marathon)
1pm Ted English Bolt (6km) or when age group awards have filled.
3pm Mystery Mountain Dash (1km)
5pm Presentation (Dash and Bolt)
Sunday 16th June 2019
8am Marathon (42.2km)
8:30am Half Marathon (21.1km)
12:30-1:30pm Presentation (Half Marathon)
2:30pm – 3:30pm Presentation (Marathon)
NOTE: There are two Half Marathon Races in 2019. You can run on the Saturday or Sunday (or both if you are keen!). Each event has it’s own prize pool and each event is considered an individual event. If you are really keen you can run the Half on both days – just be sure to enter both events.

(This is where you will be required to pick up your race bib and timing chip, catering tickets and any merchandise etc)

Catering will be open for lunch only on Saturday and Sunday.
Sunday: Lunch (10am -3pm)
Camping is at the NPWS clearing at the end of the Wolgan Road. This is where the event hub is. There are 50 sites only available. A site includes 1 car and up to 4 people.
Camping sites are $28 per site per night. There is no free camping in this campground from 2017 onwards. Free camping can be taken across the river and a 4WD will be required to negotiate the river crossing.
There will be extra portaloos available at the camp site.
There will be BBQ lunch available at the camp site each day.
The hotel owner has expressed that no-one is to use his amenities block . There will be no race related infrastructure near the hotel this year.
Parking for campers will be at their campsite.
There is a parking plan which requires all vehicles to have a minimum of 2 people in their car to park close to the hub. All other cars will be required to park elsewhere.
